Previous healthcare, organizing, contract negotiating, union background and experience preferred.  Applicant must be able to read and interpret contract language, excellent writing and communication skills and computer literate.  Duties include internal organizing, negotiating contracts, member mobilization, leadership development, handling grievances, writing newsletters, conducting arbitrations.  Expected to participate in community, political and union events.  Beautiful area.
