45th Annual Collective Bargaining Conference

The National Center for the Study of Collective Bargaining in Higher Education and the Professions’ 45thannual collective bargaining conference, April 15-17, 2018 at the CUNY Graduate Center.
Dean David Weil of Brandeis’s Heller School will be giving the keynote address about the economic forces leading to precarious work.
The conference plenary will focus on the legacy of Dr. King for our times with historians William P. Jones, University of Minnesota; Derryn Moten, Alabama State University, Jeanne Theoharis, Brooklyn College, CUNY, with Moderator Ronald Mason, Jr., President, University of the District of Columbia.
Murphy Institute’s Ruth Milkman is moderating a panel on wage discrimination in higher education, and we will be having a panel on collective bargaining responses to Janus.
