The Center is seeking a Senior Program Manager who will lead on program evaluation, identifying areas for program refinement, and suggesting program modifications, with the goal of strengthening the network’s impact on homeowner stability. The Senior Program Manager will also implement select special initiatives as needed. This position reports to the Center’s Deputy Director of Network Programs and works closely with the Director of Network Programs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Through data analysis, reviewing written reports, and individual discussions, analyze homeowners’ journey, their experience and the outcomes they achieve in their work with nonprofit partners
- Recommend ways to strengthen our partnerships, as well as the experience and engagement of homeowners
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of surveys and assessments to measure homeowner experience, working closely with the Center’s research team
- Suggest ways to improve and rationalize communications with nonprofit partners
- Advise and assist program teams with needs assessments, goal setting, impact evaluation, and program refinement as needed
- Manage other programs or initiatives as needed to ensure the delivery of the team’s strategic goals
Skills & Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in a related field such as Public Administration, Public Policy, or Urban Planning, plus 4 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field plus 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in homeownership programs preferred
- Experience in program design and evaluation preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to work patiently with diverse stakeholders
- Energetic, solution-oriented, with a proactive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of proficiency with data analysis and standard office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
