Summer Internship Opportunities:
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey offers 12-week paid internships that provide graduate and undergraduate students the opportunity to work with knowledgeable and experienced professionals on current management and engineering projects as well as assignments related to the student’s major. These assignments will include hands-on projects to cultivate technical, writing, communication and team-building skills. Internships are offered in a variety of departments such as Architecture, Audit, Aviation, Comptrollers, Engineering, Government and Community Affairs, Human Resources, PATH, Port (Maritime), Real Estate, Technology, Tunnel Bridges and Terminals.

Summer Internship – Gateway Program:
The Gateway Program is a multi-billion dollar series of rail infrastructure improvements on the Northeast Corridor – the nation’s busiest railroad. The program is led by the Gateway Program Development Corporation and supported by local and federal partner agencies, including USDOT, Amtrak, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and NJ TRANSIT.
