Congressman Jerrold Nadler (NY-10) Seeks Community Representative/Liaison

The Office of U.S. Congressman Jerrold Nadler seeks full-time Community Representative to serve as a liaison to portions of his district located in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Responsibilities will include handling local issues in neighborhoods including Borough Park, Kensington, Bensonhurst, and the Upper West Side, among other neighborhoods and communities located in the 10th Congressional District. The position entails acting as the Congressman’s representative to various community boards, organizations and governmental agencies, advancing his interests and advising him on appropriate actions. B.A. or advanced degree required. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills essential. Interest in urban policy, familiarity with NYC political environment, and experience working in diverse communities, including the Jewish community, strongly desired.
