AllofUs is a new, millennial-led, multiracial movement of young people entering into politics to create an America that’s actually for all of us (for the first time in our history). Our generation has already launched movements like Occupy Wall Street, the DREAMers, fossil fuel divestment and the movement for black lives. We were the voters, volunteers, and voices that made the political revolution real.

Now, we want to give this progressive generation a political home, so we can enter into electoral politics together and fight to end America’s inequality, racism, and gridlock. We believe there is an opportunity to talk about how America’s systemic racism has led to record inequality for everyone. The oligarchs of the ruling class have never allowed “We, the people,” to actually mean all of us. We want to create a new (populist, left) idea of what it means to be an American that’s rooted in community and care, not hatred and greed.

We are a small, scrappy group of young people from different communities and social movements who are looking for a badass digital organizer to fit into our growing team. You will have a hugeopportunity to help shape our voice and narrative as we launch a campaign in 2016. Our AllofUs2016 campaign will take on the racism of the GOP, encourage people to vote with AllofUs against Trump, and then target corporate Democrats after the election. In the following election cycles, we are going to being part of the emerging progressive electoral insurgency.

This is a short-term position through November, with the potential to be a longer-term position. We are looking for someone who’s comfortable collaborating as part of a team, but loves throwing down to make stuff happen on quick timelines. You should be creative, excited to learn (including from your mistakes), detail-oriented, emotionally attuned, and passionate about messing with the ruling class.

What You’ll Do:

• Tell the story of AllofUs as a rising voice of the millennial generation taking responsibility for transforming our democracy
• Manage our social media (including twitter, facebook, instagram) and provide ways for young people to express their solidarity with our campaign
• Develop digital campaigns that amplify our message and lift up the ground actions
• Manage the AllofUs website up
• Crowd-fund through the digital campaigns we run
• Co-produce digital content (videos, story sharing platforms, graphics) that tell the story of AllofUs2016
