The Business Insights Leadership Development Program (BUILD) Fellowship program

NY BUILD

The Business Insights Leadership Development Program (BUILD) is a 2-year rotational opportunity providing recent or upcoming university graduates from New York public colleges and universities with real world professional experience across various pathways at the Firm.

 

Fellows within this program will:

  • Begin the 2 year rotational program in the Summer of 2022 and end in 2024
  • Grow expertise across multiple industry and/or functional areas through 4 focused rotations across firm functions, solutions, and client serving roles
  • Join a cohort of Fellows with a strong community building program
  • Build critical new skills within a robust training program specifically designed for the BUILD program (including core leadership, functional, and analytics trainings)
  • Receive mentorship, sponsorship, and developmental guidance and support
  • Be considered for an open full time position upon completing the program in good standing

 

The NY Business Insights Fellow role is right for you if …

  • You want exposure to a wide range of client organizations and issues
  • You prefer to get broad exposure to a variety of business functions
  • You like to develop perspectives and recommendations by analyzing disparate sources of information and identifying themes
  • You think you would prefer to focus over time more intently and develop expertise in a particular subject area (industry, business function, geography)
  • You are interested both in how consulting firms advise clients and how they run their internal operations
  • You would like a broad business experience to help determine what you are most interested in within the business world
  • What we look for in BUILD Fellows
  • Recently graduated (previous 8 – 12 months) or in final year of undergraduate or Masters degree program at a New York public institution
  • Quantitative/Analytical undergraduate or graduate degree preferred (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Finance, Business, etc.)
  • Outstanding record of academic achievement and aptitude for analytics
  • Sound problem solving skills
  • Strong record of leadership and initiative taking
