2) BronxWorks is hiring 2 Part-time Program Specialists for the Community Health Literacy (CHL) Program. The CHL Program, a Bronx Partners for Healthy Communities (BPHC) program, is designed to develop patient health literacy and healthcare system navigation skills of under-utilizers of healthcare services and effectively engage them in primary care, health home, and social services as needed.
